The excellent cuisine is based on traditional local recipes creatively adapted and personalised with great care taken in the choice of ingredients which must be the freshest and best quality. First course: pasta with lobster sauce, sea food risotto, spaghetti with fish sauce or shell fish. Main course: mixed fried fish, bream filets alla Ligure, steak with rocket and rosemary, beff medallions with mushrooms, raw beef slices with rocket and grana cheese. Desserts: amaretto dessert, fruit salad with ice cream, panna cotta (cream blancmange) with strawberry sauce. To accompany all these delicious dishes an excellent selection of wines. During the year we organise theme evenings with typical local products to try.
