oes, stuffed vegetables. First course: pasta with lobster sauce, sea food risotto, spaghetti with fish sauce or shell fish. Main course: mixed fried fish, bream filets alla Ligure, steak with rocket and rosemary, beff medallions with mushrooms, raw beef slices with rocket and grana cheese. Desserts: amaretto dessert, fruit salad with ice cream, panna cotta (cream blancmange) with strawberry sauce. To accompany all these delicious dishes an excellent selection of wines. During the year we organise theme evenings with typical local products to try.
